Salam, my name is Farah. The Afghan Florist was created in Los Angeles, inspired by the remarkable resilience of the Afghan people throughout two decades of war. Despite the challenges of post-war poverty and famine, rose and saffron farmers continue to thrive. Embodying a spirit of optimism through flowers and design is deeply ingrained in me. I aspire to bring awareness to the hardships faced by the Afghan people, helped through the 501(C)(3) nonprofit, Hand To Hand Sadaqah Group. Most importantly, I hope to encourage a cycle of giving.
